Daffodil Day at Te Mahia School - Friday 29th August 2014

Wow!! What a fun day we had on Friday for Daffodil Day. We participated by dressing up in yellow and giving a gold coin donation that will be given to the Cancer Society. It was so good to see the creative effort the children went to, to ensure they wore a yellow item. There were yellow shirts, dresses, pants, wigs, hard hats, lei's, and bumblebees.. We all had an amazing day to support a wonderful cause.

Te Mahia School raised over $120.00 to help the Cancer Society.

Ka mau te wehi koutou katoa!!

  1. Way to go Room 1 - it was awesome to see our senior school leading by example and really supporting such a worthy cause. Your yellowness beamed brightly like the rays of the Maha sun! Ka mau te wehi koutou. Miss O'B =)
